• Two 45-60 minute weekly individual phone or Skype contacts that are specifically created for you to ensure significant personal guidance and sustainable focus.

• Perceptive and individually designed exercises and other activities are provided weekly. This will include, but not be limited to, reading and writing assignments.

• A daily affirmation, declaration or thought for the day is emailed daily.

• Movement toward your chosen intention is tracked weekly and will generally be reviewed weekly, although sometimes shorter periods are warranted.

• Additional time is available at a reasonable additional fee.

$400 per month
