WHAT IS THERAPY?

Therapy is an experience that is shaped by you and me to create a safe environment that is favorable for the process of change.

Therapy offers an opportunity to participate in a creative process to change an aspect of yourself that you choose to change.

Therapy provides methods to help motivate and to facilitate the change that you desire.

Therapy involves a collaborative relationship. Success can be significantly affected by the way we work together to reach agreed upon goals.

Therapy is about improving your life experience by adjusting your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and the way you express yourself in the world.

Therapy is about broadening awareness of your outer world and deepening your insight into your inner world.
